Barre Fitness

This ballet-inspired group fitness class mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, strength training with weights, functional training, corrective exercise, and dance moves choreographed to motivating music. Our barre classes include Barre Express, Full Barre, and Pilates/Barre Fusion.

Bootcamp

This is group circuit training incorporating cardio, strength, and core exercises designed to burn fat and build muscle. Every class brings new challenges.

Mat Pilates

This group fitness class is a series of exercises from within the Pilates Method designed specifically to be performed on a mat. The main fitness goals of a mat pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

Rhythm & Rock

Choregraphed dance moves and drumming make this class a fun time for all fitness levels.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a yoga practice that allows you to spend time completely comfortable, in supported postures, while focusing on therapeutic breathing techniques combined to rejuvenate and deeply relax your body and release residual tension. Peaceful, calming and nurturing, each pose will be supported with props and held for 3-6 min. It’s a great way to prepare for your week and recover from the weekend. This class is the perfect place to begin your yoga practice or take your practice deeper and recover from training.

Flow

A mixed Vinyasa flow and mat Pilates style class that welcomes all levels beginner to advanced yogis covering fundamental postures in a more up beat class with an emphasis on strength, alignment and perseverance.

TRX

TRX is a 45 minute total body, strength and cardio class incorporating TRX suspension training, weights, kettlebells, kickboxing mits, and body weight.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

This is widely considered to be the most effective self-defense martial art in the world. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can overcome a bigger, stronger opponent with proper technique and leverage. We start kid’s program at age 4, and we have adults over the age of 50 that train with us. Jiu Jisu is for everyone! 

Cardio Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing Basics course is the perfect place for a new beginner to start. The class will teach new students basic footwork, combinations, and how to properly defend punches and kicks.
