We also offer several Boxing/Kickboxing classes throughout the week.

Our Kickboxing Basics course is the perfect place for a new beginner to start. The class will teach new students basic footwork, combinations, and how to properly defend punches and kicks.

The Kickboxing Advanced class is for those students that are ready for sparring and advanced drills.   For student safety, our instructors will determine when a student is ready to move from the basic to the advanced class.
